Personal Notes are a quick way to TEMPORARILY get information saved.
Some Quick Points:
  1. Global Notes are saved to ATC and can be recalled from any browser
  2. Local Notes are only local to the Machine & Browser (used for offline entries)
  3. Local Notes ARE NOT ENCRYPTED ON THE LOCAL MACHINE SO DO NOT PLACE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN THEM
  4. Settings allow you to resize the Note setup on a Machine/Browser basis as a portion of the screen
